Security and privacy

This guide explains what the public site can say today and where an environment-specific security conversation begins.

Read the current public boundary

QTXpert’s public materials describe a control-oriented approach to quality work. They are not a substitute for a customer-specific security review, contract, or data-processing assessment.

For the current public statements, see the Security & trust page and the Privacy & governance page.

What to confirm for your environment

  • Which data enters the workspace and which data must remain in your systems.
  • Who can view, edit, run, approve, and export quality information.
  • How long workspace content and run evidence are retained.
  • Where processing and stored data are located for your agreement.
  • Which security documentation, review steps, and contractual terms your organization requires.

Use a bounded evaluation

Start with an approved, representative workflow and the minimum context needed to evaluate the quality loop. Define the data boundary, reviewers, environments, and success criteria before you connect a real project.

Clarity is part of security. If a control, retention detail, or processing boundary is not yet confirmed for your environment, treat it as an open question and ask before deployment.

Request the right conversation

Share your requirements through the contact page. A QTXpert specialist will contact you by email to understand the workflow and discuss the relevant controls.
