A simple, honest privacy notice.
This notice covers the public QTXpert marketing website at qtxpert.com and its contact flow.
Effective date: September 12, 2026
1. What this website does
The public website explains QTXpert’s quality engineering platform and links to the QTXpert workspace. It is currently a static marketing site. It does not provide visitor accounts, a dashboard, or a server-side form database.
2. Information you choose to send
On the contact page, the “Send message” button sends the fields you submit to a QTXpert server-side endpoint. The endpoint validates the fields and forwards the message through SendGrid for delivery to info@qtxpert.com. The website does not create a CRM record or contact database. If automated delivery is unavailable, the browser may open a draft in your default email client instead.
QTXpert may use the information in a message — such as your name, work email, company, topic, and message — to respond, follow up on the conversation, and keep ordinary business correspondence. Please do not send passwords, access keys, regulated records, or confidential customer information through this form.
3. Local preferences
The theme toggle stores one preference in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember light or dark mode. The current public site does not intentionally set marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
4. Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most public websites, the hosting and security layers may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and request paths in operational logs. The contact endpoint may also use a forwarded IP address in short-lived in-memory abuse protection. Those activities are governed by the relevant provider terms and policies, and are used to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell contact information. We use Vercel to host the site and SendGrid to deliver contact messages to the QTXpert team. Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations, after which it may be deleted or de-identified where appropriate. The marketing site itself does not maintain a CRM or contact database.
6. Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. To ask a question or make a request, email info@qtxpert.com with enough detail for us to understand the request. We may need to verify the request before acting and will handle it under applicable law.
7. External links and updates
The workspace, X profile, email provider, and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information with them. We may update this page when the site’s data practices change; the effective date above indicates the latest revision.
